Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 package cheese tortellini (about 20 oz)
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a crockpot, combine the shredded chicken, cheese tortellini, Alfredo sauce, chicken broth, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 240–360 minutes, or until the tortellini is cooked through and tender.
  4. About 15 minutes before serving, stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and allow it to melt.
  5. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

Use store-bought Alfredo sauce and pre-cooked chicken to save time. Adjust chicken broth as needed for desired sauce thickness. This dish pairs well with garlic bread or a Caesar salad.
