- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 package cheese tortellini (about 20 oz)
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a crockpot, combine the shredded chicken, cheese tortellini, Alfredo sauce, chicken broth, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir well to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 240–360 minutes, or until the tortellini is cooked through and tender.
- About 15 minutes before serving, stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and allow it to melt.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
Use store-bought Alfredo sauce and pre-cooked chicken to save time. Adjust chicken broth as needed for desired sauce thickness. This dish pairs well with garlic bread or a Caesar salad.
