- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the cheese-filled tortellini and cook according to package instructions until they float to the top. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream, stirring constantly. Bring to a simmer and cook for about two minutes.
- Stir in the freshly grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Gently fold in the cooked tortellini and frozen peas. Cook together for an additional minute.
- Serve immediately, garnishing with extra Parmesan cheese if desired.
