A delicious and easy one-skillet dish that combines broccoli and creamy cheddar cheese with orzo pasta.

- 1 cup Orzo pasta
- 2 cups Broccoli florets
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook the orzo pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add broccoli florets and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in the milk and bring to a simmer. Stir in the cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked orzo to the cheese sauce and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
Notes
For added protein, consider including cooked chicken, shrimp, or bacon. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
