- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs (for the crust)

Instructions
- Blend the Filling: In a blender or food processor, combine the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, sweetener, blueberries, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
- Make the Crust: In a separate bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter to form a crust.
- Press the Crust: Press the crust mixture into the bottom of a muffin tin or silicone molds.
- Pour the Filling: Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and spread it evenly.
- Chill: Place in the refrigerator and chill for at least 120 minutes or until set.
- Serve: Once set, remove the bites from the molds and enjoy!
