- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with the chopped onion until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add garlic and cook for another minute.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes (with juice), heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer and add the pasta shells. Cook according to package instructions until pasta is al dente.
- Stir in the mozzarella cheese until melted and well combined.
- Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
