Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped banana peppers (mild or hot)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings (green onions or parsley) to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a small baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to the creamy mixture, stirring until fully combined.
  4. Gently fold in the cooked, shredded chicken until evenly coated.
  5. Fold in the chopped banana peppers along with mozzarella and cheddar cheese until combined.
