Instructions
- Combine the Base: In a large bowl, mix together the mixed salad greens, cooked chicken, dried cranberries, and toasted pecans. Optionally, add sliced apple, diced avocado, or crumbled feta.
- Whisk the Dressing: In another bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, milk, sugar, and apple cider vinegar until smooth. Stir in the poppy seeds and season with salt and pepper.
- Dress the Salad: Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
- Finish and Serve: Top with additional pecans and cranberries if desired. Serve immediately.
