Instructions

  1. Combine the salad greens, chicken, dried cranberries, and toasted pecans in a large bowl. Fold in optional apple, avocado, or feta.
  2. Whisk together the mayonnaise, milk, sugar, and vinegar until smooth. Stir in poppy seeds and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Drizzle dressing over the salad and toss gently until evenly coated.
  4. Finish with extra pecans and cranberries, and serve immediately.

Notes

Toast pecans for extra flavor. For a lighter dressing, swap half the mayo for Greek yogurt.
