- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup toasted pecans
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Optional: crumbled feta
Instructions
- Combine the salad greens, chicken, dried cranberries, and toasted pecans in a large bowl. Fold in optional apple, avocado, or feta.
- Whisk together the mayonnaise, milk, sugar, and vinegar until smooth. Stir in poppy seeds and season with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle dressing over the salad and toss gently until evenly coated.
- Finish with extra pecans and cranberries, and serve immediately.
Notes
Toast pecans for extra flavor. For a lighter dressing, swap half the mayo for Greek yogurt.
