- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 orange (juiced and zested)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter (melted)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together cranberry sauce, orange juice, orange zest, brown sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
- Season the turkey breast with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan, and pour the cranberry-orange mixture over the top.
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 90 to 120 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Baste the turkey every 30 minutes with the pan juices.
- Once done, let the turkey rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired, and serve with the remaining glaze.
