- 2 cups Fresh cranberries
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1/2 cup Sliced fresh jalapeños
- 1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
- Combine granulated sugar and water in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir constantly until the sugar is fully dissolved.
- Add fresh cranberries and sliced jalapeños to the saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes, allowing the cranberries to burst.
- Stir in apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Mix thoroughly to integrate all flavors.
- Continue to simmer the mixture for an additional 5 minutes to concentrate the flavors.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.
- Transfer the contents to glass jars and seal tightly.
- Refrigerate jars for at least 24 hours before serving to allow flavors to fully develop.
