- 1 cup fresh cranberries, rinsed and drained
- 8 ounces pineapple chunks, drained
- 8 ounces crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 2 cups shredded sweetened coconut
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the fresh cranberries, pineapple chunks, and crushed pineapple.
- Gently fold in the mini marshmallows, shredded coconut, and chopped pecans until well mixed.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
Can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days. If it gets watery, stir gently before serving.
