Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup fresh herbs (such as parsley or chives), chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg (for egg wash, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, dried cranberries, feta cheese, fresh herbs, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the puff pastry.
  5. Roll the puff pastry tightly into a log and slice into 1-inch thick pinwheels.
  6. Place the pinwheels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. If using, brush the tops with egg wash.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
