- 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup fresh herbs (such as parsley or chives), chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg (for egg wash, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
- In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, dried cranberries, feta cheese, fresh herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the puff pastry.
- Roll the puff pastry tightly into a log and slice into 1-inch thick pinwheels.
- Place the pinwheels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. If using, brush the tops with egg wash.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
