- 8 oz Brie cheese
- 1 cup Cranberry sauce
- Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)
- Olive oil (optional, for drizzling)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch thick slices.
- Arrange the slices on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly.
- Top each toasted baguette slice with a slice of Brie cheese and a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
- Optionally, garnish with fresh herbs.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For a lighter version, use less Brie or a smaller slice of bread. Mix and match with other bites for variety.
