Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Baguette
  • 8 oz Brie cheese
  • 1 cup Cranberry sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch thick slices.
  3. Arrange the slices on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly.

Notes

For a lighter version, use less Brie or a smaller slice of bread. Mix and match with other bites for variety.
