Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a large bowl, toss broccoli florets with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Arrange the broccoli on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer, ensuring they aren’t overlapping.
- Roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the edges are crispy and browned.
- Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the hot broccoli.
- Add red pepper flakes before serving if you want a spicy kick.
