Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, ranch seasoning, and chopped green onions until well mixed.
  2. Lay out a tortilla on a clean surface and spread a generous amount of the chicken mixture evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
  3. Starting from one end, tightly roll the tortilla into a log shape, ensuring the filling stays inside.
  4. Wrap the rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Once chilled, remove the plastic wrap and slice the roll into 1-inch pinwheels.
  6. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes
