Description

A delicious casserole made with tender chicken, crispy bacon, and creamy ranch flavors, all baked together with melted cheese.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 slices crispy bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cooked pasta (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the cooked shredded chicken, chopped bacon, ranch dressing, cream cheese, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, and mixed vegetables if using in a large mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. If using pasta, mix that in as well.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. It can also be frozen for up to three months.
