A delicious casserole made with tender chicken, crispy bacon, and creamy ranch flavors, all baked together with melted cheese.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 8 slices crispy bacon, chopped
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup cooked pasta (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the cooked shredded chicken, chopped bacon, ranch dressing, cream cheese, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, and mixed vegetables if using in a large mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- If using pasta, mix that in as well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. It can also be frozen for up to three months.
