Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant and the onion becomes translucent.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet. Break it apart with a spatula as it cooks. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir, combining it with the beef mixture.
- Add the shredded cheese and stir until it melts and forms a creamy sauce.
- Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley.
