Instructions
- Blend the Base: Start by adding the cottage cheese to your high-speed blender.
- Add Liquid: Pour in the almond milk and blend on high for about 60 to 90 seconds.
- Mix in Cheese and Spices: Add the shredded cheddar, nutritional yeast, and all the spices to the blender.
- Taste and Adjust: After blending, taste your queso dip.
- Heat It Up: Transfer your mixture to a microwave-safe bowl.
- Add Optional Ingredients: If you’re using any optional mix-ins, fold them in after heating.
