Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine cottage cheese, oats, almond flour, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Stir in chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
