- 24 oz Full-Fat Cottage Cheese (About 3 cups)
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 cup Marinara Sauce
- 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 cup Pepperoni Slices
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Grease a 9×9 inch baking dish.
- Mix the cottage cheese, eggs, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl until combined.
- Pour the cottage cheese mixture into the prepared dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 20 minutes until set.
- Remove the dish from the oven and spread the marinara sauce over the baked base.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices on top.
- Return the dish to the oven and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes.
- Let the dish cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
