- 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Combine the cottage cheese, flour, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Mix until a dough forms, adding water gradually for desired consistency.
- Knead the dough for a few minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Divide the dough into small balls and roll each one into a flat circle or oval shape.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a bit of olive oil.
- Place the rolled naan in the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden.
- Brush the top with olive oil and sprinkle minced garlic while cooking.
- Serve warm, optionally garnished with fresh herbs.
Notes
Avoid over-kneading the dough and ensure your skillet isn’t too hot for best results. Experiment with herbs and spices for variations.
