Instructions
- Combine the cottage cheese, flour, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for a few minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Divide the dough into small balls and roll each one out into a flat circle or oval shape.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a bit of olive oil.
- Place the rolled naan in the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
- Brush the top with olive oil and sprinkle minced garlic for flavor while cooking.
- Serve warm, optionally garnished with fresh herbs.
Notes
Avoid over-kneading the dough to keep the naan soft. Ensure the skillet isn’t too hot to prevent burning.
