Description

Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese
2 large eggs
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Oil for greasing
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
3. Spread on parchment-lined baking sheet.
4. Bake 20–25 minutes until golden.
5. Cool and slice into pieces.
Notes
For savory flavor, add garlic or herbs.
For sweet flatbread, add cinnamon or honey.
