- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder (Enhances lightness)
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt (Balances flavors)
- Parchment Paper (Prevents sticking)
- Non-Stick Cooking Spray (Alternative to parchment paper)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray it with non-stick cooking spray.
- Separate the eggs, placing the whites in one bowl and the yolks in another.
- Beat the egg whites on high speed, adding the cream of tartar after a minute, and whip until stiff peaks form (about 3-5 minutes).
- In another bowl, combine the egg yolks, cottage cheese, baking powder, and salt until smooth.
- Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the cottage cheese mixture.
- Scoop the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in desired sizes.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown on top.
- Cool on a wire rack before serving.
