These crispy, crunchy cottage cheese chips are low-carb, high-protein, and totally addictive. Perfect for a quick baked or air fryer snack.
Ingredients
1 cup whole milk cottage cheese (4% milkfat, small curd)
½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
½ tsp onion powder (optional)
Everything bagel seasoning (salt-free)
Parchment paper
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
2. Use a tablespoon to scoop cottage cheese onto the sheet in even rounds.
3. Flatten each scoop to ¼ inch using the back of a spoon.
4. Sprinkle with desired seasonings (garlic, onion powder, or bagel blend).
5. Bake 40–50 minutes, or until deep golden brown and edges crisp.
6. Cool for 20–30 minutes until chips fully set and crisp up.
7. Store in airtight container or rebake if storing overnight.
Notes
Use only whole milk, high-protein cottage cheese for best crunch.
Air fryer method: Bake at 325°F for 10–13 minutes.
Let cool completely before eating for true crispiness.
Sweet version: Mix vanilla and mini chocolate chips into base.
