- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Scoop large tablespoons of cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Prepare the cheesecake layer by beating the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth.
- Top each cookie with a dollop of cheesecake mixture once cooled slightly.
- Drizzle salted caramel sauce on top of the cheesecake layer.
- Allow the cookies to cool completely before serving.
