Description

A delightful treat that combines brownies and cookie dough into one bite-sized dessert, perfect for parties and satisfying sweet cravings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup brownie mix
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 cup safe-to-eat cookie dough
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the brownie mix according to package instructions, adding water to achieve a thicker consistency.
  3. Scoop small portions of the brownie batter into silicone molds, filling them halfway.
  4. Place a small spoonful of cookie dough in the center of each mold.
  5. Spoon more brownie batter on top of the cookie dough.
  6. Put the molds in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the brownie is cooked through.
  7. Let them cool completely after taking them out of the oven.
  8. Melt chocolate chips and vegetable oil together in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  9. Dip each brownie bite in the melted chocolate and place them on parchment paper to let them set.
  10. After they have cooled and set, enjoy your brownie bites!

Notes

Use silicone molds for easy removal and ensure to use safe-to-eat cookie dough.
