- 1 cup brownie mix
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 cup safe-to-eat cookie dough
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the brownie mix according to package instructions, adding water to achieve a thicker consistency.
- Scoop small portions of the brownie batter into silicone molds, filling them halfway.
- Place a small spoonful of cookie dough in the center of each mold.
- Spoon more brownie batter on top of the cookie dough.
- Put the molds in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the brownie is cooked through.
- Let them cool completely after taking them out of the oven.
- Melt chocolate chips and vegetable oil together in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
- Dip each brownie bite in the melted chocolate and place them on parchment paper to let them set.
- After they have cooled and set, enjoy your brownie bites!
