Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9 by 9-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; whisk together.
- In a medium bowl, mix melted butter, egg, and buttermilk until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix softened butter, cinnamon, both types of brown sugar, and flour until crumbly. Sprinkle over the first layer of batter.
- Pour the remaining batter over the streusel layer.
- In the same bowl, combine the remaining cinnamon, cubed butter, and salt; mix until crumbly and sprinkle over the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Mix powdered sugar and milk for the drizzle; set aside.
- Cool the cake for a few minutes and then drizzle the glaze on top before serving.
