Description

Delicious homemade peanut butter cups filled with creamy peanut butter and topped with rich milk chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Cupcake liners (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners, if desired.
  2. In a bowl, mix creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Melt milk chocolate chips with unsalted butter in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler and stir until creamy.
  4. Pour a tablespoon of melted chocolate into the bottom of each cup.
  5. Top with a spoonful of peanut butter mixture and press down slightly.
  6. Cover with more melted chocolate until the peanut butter is fully covered.
  7. Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.
  8. Carefully remove from cupcake liners and enjoy your treats!

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks or freeze for up to three months.
