Delicious homemade peanut butter cups filled with creamy peanut butter and topped with rich milk chocolate.

- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups milk chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Cupcake liners (optional)
Instructions
- Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners, if desired.
- In a bowl, mix creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Melt milk chocolate chips with unsalted butter in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler and stir until creamy.
- Pour a tablespoon of melted chocolate into the bottom of each cup.
- Top with a spoonful of peanut butter mixture and press down slightly.
- Cover with more melted chocolate until the peanut butter is fully covered.
- Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.
- Carefully remove from cupcake liners and enjoy your treats!
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks or freeze for up to three months.
