- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for coating)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (for coating)
- Holiday sprinkles (for decoration)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently combine the wet and dry ingredients until just combined.
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a donut hole pan or use silicone molds.
- Carefully fill each cavity of the mold with the batter.
- Air fry for about 5 to 7 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
- In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon for the coating.
- Remove the donut holes from the air fryer and toss them in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Add holiday sprinkles for decoration and serve warm.
Notes
These donut holes can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for 1-2 days or refrigerated for about a week.
