Description

Delicious cinnamon sugar donut holes that are soft, fluffy, and coated in a sweet cinnamon sugar mixture, perfect for breakfast or snacks.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for coating)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (for coating)
  • Holiday sprinkles (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Gently combine the wet and dry ingredients until just combined.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Grease a donut hole pan or use silicone molds.
  6. Carefully fill each cavity of the mold with the batter.
  7. Air fry for about 5 to 7 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
  8. In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon for the coating.
  9. Remove the donut holes from the air fryer and toss them in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  10. Add holiday sprinkles for decoration and serve warm.
