Instructions
- In a bowl, blend protein powder, milk, eggs, flour, cinnamon, sweetener, and vanilla until smooth. Make sure there are no lumps in the batter.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Pour a small amount of batter onto the skillet, swirling it around to create a thin crepe.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown. Flip carefully using a spatula.
- Repeat with the remaining batter until you have made all your crepes.
