Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup protein powder
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup flour (whole wheat or almond flour)
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon sweetener (like honey or maple syrup)

  • 1/4 cup cream cheese (for drizzle)

  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  3. Pour a small amount of batter onto the skillet, swirling it around to create a thin crepe.
  4. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown. Flip carefully using a spatula.
  5. Repeat with the remaining batter until you have made all your crepes.
  6. For the drizzle, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
