Description
Cinnamon Roll French Toast Bites are crisp outside, soft inside, and coated with cinnamon sugar. Perfect for brunch, snacks, or desserts.
Ingredients
1 tube refrigerated cinnamon roll dough (or 4 cups brioche cubes)
3 large eggs
1/2 cup milk or half-and-half
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp butter or oil
1/4 cup sugar + 1 tsp cinnamon
Optional: syrup, glaze, fruit
Instructions
1. Cut dough or bread into cubes.
2. Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
3. Dip cubes quickly in custard.
4. Cook in skillet 5–7 minutes or air fryer 6–8 minutes.
5. Toss in cinnamon sugar.
6. Serve with glaze or toppings.
Notes
Dry bread first for better texture.
Store up to 3 days or freeze 2 months.
Reheat and re-coat with sugar before serving.
