Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (16.5 oz) refrigerated cinnamon rolls
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk (for icing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Open the can of cinnamon rolls and cut each roll into quarters.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until well combined.
  4. Dip each piece of cinnamon roll into the egg mixture, ensuring they are fully coated.
  5. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  6. Add the coated cinnamon roll pieces to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Transfer the cooked bites to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes.
  8. Meanwhile, mix the powdered sugar and 1 tablespoon of milk in a small bowl to create the icing.
  9. Remove the bites from the oven, drizzle with icing, and serve warm.
