- 1 can (16.5 oz) refrigerated cinnamon rolls
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk (for icing)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Open the can of cinnamon rolls and cut each roll into quarters.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until well combined.
- Dip each piece of cinnamon roll into the egg mixture, ensuring they are fully coated.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the coated cinnamon roll pieces to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Transfer the cooked bites to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes.
- Meanwhile, mix the powdered sugar and 1 tablespoon of milk in a small bowl to create the icing.
- Remove the bites from the oven, drizzle with icing, and serve warm.
