Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13 inch baking pan by greasing or lining it with parchment paper.
- Mix the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a large bowl until fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Incorporate the sour cream and vanilla extract into the mixture.
- Combine the dry ingredients in another bowl, whisking together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- Mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until combined, being careful not to over-mix.
- Spread the dough into the greased baking pan evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Make the glaze by mixing powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Drizzle the glaze over the cooled bars, slice, and serve.
