Description

A delightful dessert combining cinnamon rolls and sweet apples layered together.


Ingredients

  • 2 cans of cinnamon rolls
  • 3 cups of diced apples
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup of cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix diced apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  3. Unroll the cinnamon rolls and cut each into quarters.
  4. Layer half of the cinnamon roll pieces in a baking dish.
  5. Spread half of the apple mixture over the cinnamon rolls.
  6. Repeat layering with the remaining cinnamon rolls and apple mixture.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  8. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk for the glaze.
  9. Drizzle warm caramel and cream cheese glaze over the top.
  10. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Use firm apples like Granny Smith or Honeycrisp for best results.
