Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 small tortillas
  • Toppings: diced tomatoes, avocado, shredded lettuce, cheese, and sour cream

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cilantro, lime juice, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Marinate the chicken in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  5. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice.
  6. Warm the tortillas on the grill for 1 minute on each side.
