Description
This Chuy’s jalapeño ranch recipe is creamy, spicy, and loaded with bold Tex-Mex flavor. Perfect as a dip or dressing.
Ingredients
1 cup mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream
½ cup buttermilk
½ packet ranch dressing mix
3–4 pickled jalapeños, sliced
¼ cup pickled jalapeño juice
½ bunch cilantro, stems removed
1 garlic clove (optional)
Juice of 1 lime (optional)
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Taste and adjust spice, lime, or salt to preference.
4. Refrigerate for 1 hour to let flavors meld.
5. Serve chilled with chips, tacos, or vegetables.
Notes
Use Greek yogurt for a lighter version.
Add avocado for creaminess and color.
