Description
Flaky crescent crust, creamy cheesecake, and a sweet cinnamon-sugar topping make this churro cheesecake the ultimate easy dessert.
Ingredients
2 packs crescent roll dough
16 oz cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
3 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp cinnamon
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease 9×13 pan.
2. Press 1 sheet of crescent dough in bottom.
3. Mix cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
4. Spread over crust, top with second dough layer.
5. Brush with butter, sprinkle cinnamon sugar.
6. Bake 26–30 minutes until golden. Cool, chill, and slice.
Notes
Add caramel or dulce de leche drizzle for extra indulgence.
Store in fridge up to 5 days or freeze 2 months.
