Description

Delightful no-bake truffles combining the flavor of sugar cookies with creamy cream cheese and festive decorations.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 10–12 sugar cookies, crushed into fine crumbs
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 12 oz vanilla melting wafers
  • Holiday sprinkles, for decorating

Instructions

  1. Crush the sugar cookies in a food processor until they form fine crumbs.
  2. Transfer cookie crumbs to a mixing bowl, add softened cream cheese, and mix until smooth.
  3. Scoop about one tablespoon of the mixture and roll into smooth balls. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Freeze truffles for 15 to 20 minutes until firm.
  5. Melt the vanilla melting wafers according to package instructions, stirring until smooth.
  6. Dip each chilled truffle into the melted coating, tap gently to remove excess, then add holiday sprinkles before the coating sets. Refrigerate until set.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for up to three months.
