Description

A festive, no-bake treat made from sugar cookies and cream cheese, perfect for parties or gifts.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 10–12 sugar cookies, crushed into fine crumbs
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 12 oz vanilla melting wafers
  • Holiday sprinkles, for decorating

Instructions

  1. Crush the sugar cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
  2. Transfer cookie crumbs to a mixing bowl, add softened cream cheese, and mix until smooth.
  3. Scoop about one tablespoon of the mixture and roll into balls, placing them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Freeze the truffles for 15 to 20 minutes until firm.
  5. Melt the vanilla melting wafers according to package instructions.
  6. Dip each chilled truffle in the melted coating, tap off excess, and add holiday sprinkles before the coating sets. Refrigerate until fully set.

Notes

Use room-temperature cream cheese for a smooth mix. Crushed cookies should be fine to avoid shaping issues. Chill truffles well before dipping.
