Description
A festive, no-bake treat made from sugar cookies and cream cheese, perfect for parties or gifts.
Ingredients
Scale
- 10–12 sugar cookies, crushed into fine crumbs
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 12 oz vanilla melting wafers
- Holiday sprinkles, for decorating
Instructions
- Crush the sugar cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
- Transfer cookie crumbs to a mixing bowl, add softened cream cheese, and mix until smooth.
- Scoop about one tablespoon of the mixture and roll into balls, placing them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Freeze the truffles for 15 to 20 minutes until firm.
- Melt the vanilla melting wafers according to package instructions.
- Dip each chilled truffle in the melted coating, tap off excess, and add holiday sprinkles before the coating sets. Refrigerate until fully set.
Notes
Use room-temperature cream cheese for a smooth mix. Crushed cookies should be fine to avoid shaping issues. Chill truffles well before dipping.
