- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup white chocolate chips

- 1/2 cup dried cranberries or cherries
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup crushed pretzels
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, using an electric mixer, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition until fully combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Avoid overmixing.
- Stir in the chocolate chips, chopped nuts, dried cranberries, rolled oats, and crushed pretzels until evenly distributed.
- Drop rounded balls of cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the centers look slightly undercooked.
- Let them cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
