A delightful and easy-to-make treat combining white almond bark and chocolate with cocktail peanuts, perfect for the holiday season.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs white almond bark, chopped
  • 1 (12 oz) bag semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (4 oz) bar German sweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1 (32 oz) container cocktail peanuts

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine the chopped white almond bark, semisweet chocolate chips, and German sweet chocolate.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 1 hour, stirring occasionally until melted and smooth.
  3. Stir in cocktail peanuts until evenly coated.
  4. Drop the mixture by spoonfuls onto waxed paper, or spread it in a greased pan to cut into bars once set.
  5. Allow to cool completely before serving or gifting.

Notes

Watch the temperature while cooking and avoid using high heat to prevent burnt chocolate. Ensure the candy is completely cooled before storing or serving.
