- 2 cups of chocolate chips
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup of crushed peppermint candy
- 1 cup of chopped nuts (optional)
- 1 cup of caramel
- 1 cup of marshmallows
Instructions
- Prepare the baking dish by lining it with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Melt over low heat while stirring until smooth, then pour into the baking dish.
- Spread some of the melted chocolate mixture on the parchment paper and sprinkle with crushed peppermint candy. Let set before breaking into pieces.
- Mix some melted chocolate with nuts or marshmallows and drop spoonfuls onto the parchment to form clusters.
- Melt caramel in a separate saucepan and drizzle over chocolate clusters or mix with chopped nuts.
- Allow candies to cool and set fully before cutting or breaking them into pieces.
Notes
Store in an airtight container with parchment paper between layers of different candies to prevent sticking.
