Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.

- In a separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until well mixed.

- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center.
