- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 tsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Prepare your workspace: Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix the ingredients: Combine diced strawberries, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract in a large bowl until well coated.
- Shape the clusters: Transfer the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in clusters of about 2 tablespoons each.
- Freeze the clusters: Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 30-45 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate: In a small bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil, then melt in the microwave in 30-second increments.
- Coat the clusters: Dip each frozen cluster into the melted chocolate and place back on the baking sheet.
- Let them set: Allow the chocolate to harden for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
