Description

Delightful snack combining fresh strawberries, creamy Greek yogurt, and rich chocolate, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Add chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract to a bowl and mix thoroughly.
  2. Scoop out 2 tablespoons of the mixture and shape into small clusters on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Freeze clusters for about 1 to 2 hours until firm.
  4. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  5. Dip each frozen cluster in melted chocolate to coat.
  6. Return clusters to the baking sheet and freeze for a few more minutes until set.
  7. Enjoy as a delightful snack or dessert!
