Description

A delicious and healthy chocolate protein pudding that satisfies sweet cravings while being high in protein and low in sugar.


Ingredients

  • 5 cups Greek yogurt (full-fat, plain or vanilla)
  • 4 scoops chocolate protein powder (approximately 2 to 3 tablespoons per scoop)
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add the Greek yogurt, chocolate protein powder, unsweetened cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and maple syrup.
  2. Use a whisk to mix all the ingredients together until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Make sure there are no lumps, and everything is well combined.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and place it in the refrigerator. Let it chill for about an hour.
  4. Once your pudding is ready, serve immediately or top with whipped cream, shaved chocolate, and fresh berries if desired. Enjoy!
