- 1/2 cup crushed candy canes
- 1 cup chocolate coating or melting wafers
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips and mix in cocoa powder, sugar, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and peppermint extract until well combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until firm.
- Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
- Melt the chocolate coating or melting wafers according to the package instructions.
- Dip each brownie ball into the melted chocolate, coating it completely, then roll in crushed candy canes.
- Place the coated balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let them set until the chocolate hardens.
- Serve at holiday gatherings or store in the freezer for later.
