Ingredients

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs

  • 1/2 cup crushed candy canes
  • 1 cup chocolate coating or melting wafers

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips and mix in cocoa powder, sugar, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and peppermint extract until well combined.
  2. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until firm.
  3. Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
  4. Melt the chocolate coating or melting wafers according to the package instructions.
  5. Dip each brownie ball into the melted chocolate, coating it completely, then roll in crushed candy canes.
