Description

Quick and easy no-bake protein balls made with peanut butter, oats, and chocolate protein powder.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1/4 cup flaxseed meal (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine the peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Mix well until smooth.
  2. Stir in rolled oats, chocolate protein powder, and flaxseed meal until everything is blended.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips if using, being careful not to break them.
  4. Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll them into balls.
  5. Place the balls on a lined baking sheet to prevent sticking.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to help them set.
  7. Enjoy as a healthy snack anytime!
